         A:Our company is located in Xiamen,China. It is one of the most important Import-Export center in China. Our own factory is     located in Quanzhou,China,which is also the one of the biggest Import-Export center. Welcome to visit our company and factory!

A:Our MOQ is always 1pc. Both wholesales and mixed container order are welcome.

1. Q: Can I get samples?

A: Of course,no problem.We can send the color and material sample for free, but customer should pay for the freight cost. It will cost some sample charge if sample is large and in large value.

   A: Yes. We offer OEM service.we carve stone out of your drawings & pictures by finely craftsmanship.

A: Normally one container order needs about 2 to 3 weeks. please email us to get our answer.

A: Normally 2 to 4 weeks. It depends on your quantity and the details of your order.

A:Generally speaking, we quote based on FOB Xiamen, China, but we also accept CFR or CIF terms.

A: Most are T/T(Telegraphic Transfer)---30% deposit before production, 70% paid after receive the copy of bill of lading by fax or e-mail. For some countries,we can also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight (letter of credit).

1. Q: Why do I get very different prices from different suppliers for the same stones?

A: Generally speaking,stone products has A, B, C grade according to their quality, and their prices are very different. We normally supply A, B grade 

1. Q:Do you have warrant policy?

A:Yes,of course. We guarantee that all carved stone items are of merchantable quality and will be replaced if defective or broken. The client should inform us within 7 days of delivery. We are sure that our packing is safe enough. We use strong wooden crates for outside packing.In addition, we will buy "all risks" insurance as per your requirement. In the case of damage happens, firstly you can refer to the insurance company to claim the damage. If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company will take the responsibility.
The good may be broken because of violent collision caused by ship, truck or careless handling. Please take several photos of the packing before you open it. If the packing is okay, but goods is broken, it is our responsibility. On the contrary, if the packing and the goods are both broken, it is the logistic company responsibility.
