Our factory is very qualified to have quality tops for our multi-family and hospitality jobs. As our main products, countertops and slabs mainly for USA take up 80% of our total export with yearly 600 containers since 2006.

Quality Control Our quality control system includes automatic detection and manual inspection,we adopting a leading international technology.We have an experienced QC team with more than 20 people. They will carefully detect the stone quality and specification piece by piece, monitoring every production process until packaging is complete, to ensure product safety into the container.
Quality details
1) Polished degree: 90 degree or up.
2) Thickness tolerance: +/-0.5mm
3) Diagonal tolerance : +/-1mm.
4) Surface flatness tolerance: +/-0.3mm.
5) Adjacent edge verticality tolerance: +/-0.5mm, Precise Cutting by infrared-ray-cut machine.
6) Our QC check pieces by pieces strictly before packing.
Our quartz countertop factory
We invested into one quartz slabs factory (about 150,000 sqft for quartz tops factory with 2 levels good for layout.)in 2013 which were established in 2012, we had one year to test that factory and invested to be one of the 3 share holders. That factory has 2 pressing lines for excellent basic popular quartz colors, like pure colors and colors with some flecks, as our main market is for hospitality and multifamily projects using these economical quartz.
