Begins with high quality raw materials carefully inspected and to minimize any potential for flaws in the finished product
Continuing with a controlled mix with polyester resin and pigments
The mix is carefully processed through our production press using vacuum, compression and low heat
Producing flat, dimensionally, consistently, very strong, non-porous slabs
The slabs are finely polished to enhance the natural beauty of the stone and provide a consistently smooth, practically flaw free stone surface
4) Edge Finish: Eased, bullnose, laminated bullnose, ogee edge, radius bevel top etc.
5) Quartz stone Application:
Widely be used for kitchen, bathroom, dining table, wall cladding, tiles etc.
Home application: Countertop, vanity top, wall, table, floor, etc.
Commercial application: Reception counter, windowsill, work counter for the fast food, table for the bar, floor, steps etc.
6) Package: By fumigated wooden crates

A. Cutting and Polishing: We have a particular cutting workshop, and processing workshops. When producing the countertops. Our strictly quality control make sure the surface will be flat, smooth, high gloss! Our workers will never ever neglect any of the process!
B. Color Match: Before packing, we put every piece of the counter tops on the ground, and match the color! We label the number on the back the pieces, and our customers can find the pieces from same set very easily!
C. Quality Inspect: Before send to customer, we inspect the countertops piece by piece, and look through the polished side, the finished edges, the colors, the flatness, the position of sidesplash & backsplash, the position of basin cut-out & faucet holes, pin holes on back and any other details. And we will only pack up the counter tops without any flaw!
